Unfortunately, the kitchen was sparsely equipped and only one of the four hotplates on the gas stove worked. The built-in fridge was also broken, which is why there was a large fridge next to it, which was very noisy at night. Many slats on the shutters were missing, you couldn't air them without bringing mosquitoes into the apartment. TV only in Italian. WiFi was only available at the reception. All in all good but some things should be renovated and renewed ;-)

Well located accommodation in the south of Tuscany. Close to the sea and sights in the Tuscan interior. Very friendly reception. Minuses: - gas burners, cooking fire and cutlery worn and in need of replacement - stray dogs

This is not my first or second visit to Tuscany and I sincerely recommend: Hotel Ranch is a fantastic place to stay (we were two weeks). Rooms and property consistent with the description. The beautiful location of the facility, beautiful nature, a really large swimming pool, court and most importantly: GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL OWNERS. Lovely atmosphere. Great olive oil to buy on the spot (the best you can get in Italy), next to the vegetable and fruit stall (insanity!). Great pubs, vineyards nearby. Shops 3 km.

Was a beautiful location the pool was cracking. It is in the hands of a family that is very super sweet and does everything to make you experience a pleasant holiday. Thanks to them all for this. May be modernized with wifi and air conditioning in apartment.

Actually a very nice facility. But needs a renovation. Has gotten a bit old. Super large pool with good loungers. Wonderful location below Scarlin's. The owners are super nice and very helpful.

The equipment is getting old. WLAN's only at the reception, and even there it's rather moderate. The pool is good, the rest needs work.

-a thorny bush overgrown 1/4 of the terrace in the entrance area-toilet flushing on the ground floor didn't work, we had to go to the bathroom on the upper floor
