As one of three villas on a twenty-acre estate, this modern home overlooks Chianti and the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside from a shaded terrace – the ideal backdrop to an alfresco meal. Not satisfied with just one feather in its cap, it also flaunts a unique indoor, heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. From here, you can walk to Panzano for the weekly market, and if you're eager to see as much of Italy as possible, opt for day trips to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, or Greve, a little closer to home.

We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking available.
As there are stairs to climb, it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
Daily cleaning is included so you have less to worry about.
Kids will need supervision when using the indoor swimming pool. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
While the bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

There are two other villas on the estate, separated by giant hedgerows so although you probably won't see a neighbour, it's possible.
