We experienced a wonderful vacation in Tuscany. The Villa Marzia is located in the center and yet in a quiet area. We liked that no animals are allowed in the house and that housekeeping was included. It is only a few minutes walk to the sea, the sandy beach is very well maintained. We felt very comfortable there in a family of 5 people. The cities of Lucca, Pisa and Florence are worth visiting. The on-site agency service was excellent.

Unfortunately, the whole house smelled intensely of mildew from the basement. It was not reasonable to let anyone live there. It was also partly the case that when you opened the closets you got a strong musty smell. In the bedroom there was also a very intense rotten smell from the bed box... We broke off the holiday after 1 week.
