This traditional Tuscan home may have all the hallmarks of its medieval origin, including stonework, exposed beams and traditional tiling, but its sustainable approach is future-forward. EV chargers, solar panels and an eco-sustainable swimming pool are limiting the environmental impact here. Meaning your carbon footprint is one less thing to worry about while admiring the countryside from the communal pool. Though the garden is shared with other guests, each apartment has a private patio area. It's also worth noting the style might not be for everyone, but it's comfortable. Plus, it's under an hour from Florence for a day trip.

*We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking here. You'll also find an EV charger available.
*The shared swimming pool – available for use between 1st May and 30th September – isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the day bed-style sofa bed in the mezzanine area.
*Though each apartment has a private outdoor seating area, expect to bump into other guests on occasion.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*Your host provides a starter supply of toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up. The nearest supermarket is minutes away.
