Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and dining nook. Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (120 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Natural stone floors. Terrace 45 m2, roofed terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Panoramic view of San Miniato. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, fenced 3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance. For the 2024 season, guests will be able to take advantage of an internal extension of the house of about 80 square meters corresponding to a double room, a large dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bidet/wc, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and double fridge and an extension of the external space of 500 meters with a panoramic view of San Miniato. Both bathrooms have a shower with a relaxing waterfall.

This house is more then wonderful. Built and equipped with love. Every room is wonderful decorated. The bathroom is very modern and provides three showers. A stunning view into the valley and a beautiful garden around the nice pool area. But not even the house is wonderful. So is the host family. So friendly, warm-hearted and nice people. It's nearly as if you are part of this lovely family. We would like to say again: Grazie mille per tutti!!!

The location had struck us on the site, once we arrived in San Miniato we were pleasantly surprised by the structure and the panorama. The welcome was treated in detail with the utmost attention. Due to a ns. oversight the Tafi family did their utmost to solve it brilliantly. We would have liked to increase our rating beyond 5 stars, but it is not possible. Very nice house with pool. Nothing is missing. Very warm and friendly landlord! Centrally located to many interesting places (Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, etc.). I would have no hesitation in recommending the house to a friend.

A tastefully furnished house, spacious rooms with every comfort, fully equipped kitchen and ultra modern bathroom, terrace and huge garden with great views, pool and table tennis. Staying in the house and also the perfect location in the middle between Pisa and Florence offer the best possible combination of relaxation and eventful excursions. The T. family is extremely friendly and helpful. The only wish left is to go back there.

The house is surrounded by a huge and beautiful garden. The pool is very clean, from the lawn (6 chairs available) you have a fantastic view. The landlords are very friendly, you are greeted with Prosecco and wine and during your stay you were spoiled with delicious "Dolci". There are numerous excursions in the area (Pisa, Lucca, Florence...), but you can also go on very nice hikes in the area, also right from the house.

Exactly as already described! Landlord family really warm and uncomplicated, just to feel good! Excursions: Lucca (rickshaw rides on the city walls), to the obligatory Tower of Pisa, to Montecatini (funicular). Once to the beach near Livorno, but then straight back to the large pool in the beautiful garden! Eating out in SanMiniato Basso near Barbarossa. From the front door, a short walk along the Via Francigena. A very relaxing holiday for the whole family!

The house is very nice, modern and in good condition. The host family is very nice and helpful. A highlight for our children was the large swimming pool and the table tennis table in our own garden. In less than an hour you can be in many beautiful places in Tuscany that are worth seeing: Florence, Pisa, Vinci, Lucca, San Gimignano, ... Everything for a successful holiday.

Very nice area to linger, very quiet and idyllic. The landlords saved our lives after a full closure on the Brenner Pass, because they welcomed us with Tuscan specialties and a bottle of Prosecco after a late arrival.

This is the second time we have stayed in the Casale L'Uliveta and we are absolutely thrilled: the T. family is - you have to experience it - incredibly hospitable and accommodating, the house is comfortably furnished and the garden, which is framed by ancient olive trees, is simply gorgeous . The view over the Tuscan landscape is beautiful, so that the next vacation in the Casale L'Uliveta is already planned and booked - we say thank you very much for a really great time!

The place is unique and so the owners are! I can recommend anybody who wants to taste Tuscany in its true beauty and hospitality. With the nice pool, surrounding nature, view and sunsets I dont need go to sea anymore...

If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay, this is the place for you. Everything corresponds to the pictures and is in good condition. The large property with 90-year-old olive trees offers plenty of space and a beautiful view of San Miniato. The street in front of the house is hardly used. The adjoining main house of the landlords does not disturb in any way. You are completely undisturbed. The family ... is a very warm host and always helpful. car is required

This summer we were able to spend two wonderful weeks in this house. The warm welcome from the host family made us feel at home right from the start.
