But while we adore the interiors, our favourite spot has to be down by the glistening pool. Whether you're enjoying an alfresco lunch on the covered terrace, cooling off with a quick dip in the pool, or enjoying an aperitif under the canopy, you'll be able to admire the incredible green vistas. When you're ready to explore, there's a host of charming hamlets and villages to discover, including Volterra and Pomarance – both less than thirty minutes' drive away.
