You'll find this apartment nestled among Via Maggio's antique dealers and avant-garde fashion shops. Although it's on the opposite side of the Arno from the main tourist haunts, you can stroll across the Ponte Vecchio and be sightseeing in no time at all. For a city pad, we think there's plenty of space here to spread out and get comfortable. We love all the character features, too, from the wooden ceilings to the small balcony off the bedroom. All the modern amenities are also accounted for – a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, even a lift – making it an excellent option for a fuss-free stay.
Home truths: *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair on request.
*This is a restricted traffic area and parking can be a challenge. We suggest exploring on foot rather than driving.
*You won't find a desk here if you're travelling for work, but the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
*This apartment faces the building's internal courtyard, so it's fairly quiet.
*Pets are allowed at no extra cost, please do provide your host with further information closer to arrival.
