Location of the strategic house with connection to the beach of morcone via a series of steps, we found the house very clean upon arrival and Rosalba proved to be very courteous and available both to solve problems and to give us advice to enjoy our holiday at the better!!

We stayed in this cottage for two weeks. The cottage is located almost on top of the mountain along with a number of other cottages that all belong together. And via a staircase you can reach the beach at the bottom of the mountain in 5 minutes. There were two of us, but to be the chairs and beds, the cottage was also designed for three people. At least, in terms of necessities this was the case, but in terms of space I would really not recommend this. The house consisted of a very small living room in which you also slept and only a bathroom. We were never bothered by the small space. After all, you are not so much inside and outside was very spacious. Everything was pretty clean. We found the shower a bit less. It was very small and the shower jet was rather soft. The kitchen was fine! Everything worked and a lot was present. There was just no extractor hood. I would have liked some more kitchen utensils. There was NO air conditioning in the house. You have to be able to handle this. There was a fan, but you can't get rid of the real heat and if you open the doors, a lot of mosquitoes come in, because there is nothing to stop the mosquitoes at the windows. At the end of our two weeks, we still had to deliver quite a lot of clean, while we had paid for the cleaning costs. Think of the stove, the kitchen cupboards etc. The key holder came by every now and then to do some things to the houses and has often helped us find things around Elba. A really sweet man.

Small but functional studio apartment, good proximity to the sea even if there are 185 steps to get there, but it's worth it. Beach both free and equipped, with direct access to pizzerias and restaurants where you can eat well. What more could you ask for from a holiday?
