Characterized by tasteful decor and simple this holiday house has a spacious and comfortable living room with satellite TV. The house is on two levels, both at street level. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.

Recently renovated house located in the historic centre of Rio Marina, a small town gem. Terraced house "Il Pozzo a Mare". In the centre of Rio Marina, 100 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. Public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach 150 m (small). Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 10 km, Capoliveri 15 km. The house is located just 100 meters from the port and some great local restaurants where you can eat outdoors.

The strong point of the house was the position to be able to reach the various destinations. However, the apartment was poorly equipped, there was no oven and the television was not working, also a month in advance I wrote to have towels for 4 people but we found only 2 lying on the balcony railing (not being able to understand if they were clean or dirty ), also the access to the rooms is not exactly the best, narrow and steep spiral staircase (not ideal for families).

Pleasant apartment, cool bedrooms. Narrow and steep stairs, not suitable for the elderly, small children and people with reduced mobility. For the rest, all comfortable. Exposed beams in the living area. Clothesline and clothes pegs. Fixed the problem of the shower stall leaking bed water in a previous review. To avoid the steep stairs, it is possible to access from the French window overlooking the alley below (always pedestrian, reachable with the stairs that can be seen in the photo).

I have already been in this apartment last year, the stay was good overall despite some misunderstandings: 1- the shower box no longer exists, it has been replaced by a curtain without a rod, but with the umbrella-like prongs, it is impossible to keep still and inevitably the water from the shower head comes out everywhere forcing us to dry the floor every time we used the shower. 2- due to Covid, cleaning goes well beyond the check-in time and when it rains it creates a bit of discomfort.

Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable with you, the house was delivered to me at 20.00 (in the contract it was written delivery between 16 and 19 by telephone appointment), after repeated phone calls from me to ask what had happened, they replied that they were late! But if the house must be returned by 10.00 in the morning, why do you deliver it to me at 20.00? Also the bathroom was dirty and the sink drain didn't work properly

First experience at home with the whole family, we had a good time, the only "flaw" is the spiral staircase leading to the lower floor ... rather "impervious", the rest corresponds 100% to the photos on the site
