We would like to thank S. and M. for two wonderful weeks of pure relaxation and rest! The hospitality of the owners is hard to beat. The entire property is very spacious and fenced, which was perfect for our child and our dog. The pool area is also separately fenced, perfect for the safety of the children if they cannot swim yet. We also particularly liked the small outdoor kitchen! We will definitely be back

Beautiful and well-kept outdoor area makes up for the fact that the house is in need of some cleaning. We feel that the property managers are a bit overwhelmed with basic cleaning work between users when there are only a few hours between them. We had to get the kitchenette, various appliances and outdoor kitchen ready for use ourselves before the holiday could begin. That's German thoroughness... Nevertheless, a very nice holiday in a wonderful area!

The holiday home feels like "holidays with grandma & grandpa" in the best sense of the word. The holiday home is very cozy and typical "Bella Italia". The most beautiful days of the year can be spent in this charming holiday home with a great, large plot of land. The pool is checked daily and cleaned if necessary. The owners personally take care of the house and property with great attention to detail. Our dog really enjoyed roaming the property.

The property is a feast for the eyes. The house contains everything one needs for a pleasant holiday. The owner is present every day, contact with him is easy. Very good stay.

like the first time, everything was perfect again. The landlord very helpful and friendly. Of course, the two roosters are still there, but to be honest, we didn't hear them anymore. The pool was great again. Clean and groomed. A big advantage is and remains the large, fenced property in which our dog had a lot of fun.

A country house surrounded by nature a stone's throw from the sea and the city center, equipped with every comfort and beautifully managed by the owners who proved to be really kind and extremely helpful. Definitely an experience to be repeated!

A beautiful and welcoming house, finely furnished with splendid solid wood furniture. Fantastic to have lunch and dinner outside on the large and well equipped porch. We loved the very large garden where our child was able to run and play safely, the perfect swimming pool and the outside shower that was really comfortable and enjoyable thanks to the total privacy. The owners are lovely, very kind and discreet; to buy their super good extra virgin olive oil!

A wonderful place to relax. The landlords are on site every morning to look after the pool and the flowers, which didn't bother us. On the contrary, the landlords are very helpful and happy to give tips. Clean and well-kept object. Offers everything you need. The beds are not too soft. We all slept really well. We would book again in a heartbeat.

The very well-kept holiday home is located on a busy main street with a corresponding background noise. The garden is beautifully secluded and well maintained. The pool is a dream. The very friendly owners come every day between 8am and 9.30am to clean the pool and water the flowers. Thus, privacy is very limited. The cleanliness takes its toll. The living room is very cramped. There is a two-seater with a TV across the street, which could be a problem for more than two people. The outdoor kitchen with dining area, which we used almost exclusively, is particularly noteworthy. Please take enough mosquito spray and earplugs with you, because two roosters deliver each other from 2:30 a.m a crowing competition in the neighborhood for several hours, which makes sleeping almost impossible. There is no possibility for dog owners to go for a walk from the property, unless you go on the busy road directly in front of the entrance. Unfortunately, there is no way to leave the property at the back. So to go for a walk.
