Biovillage Villa 3 Cecina, Tuscany

We were four adults and the bungalow for six people was perfect. The kitchen, bathroom and rooms were very nice and functionally furnished. The two sinks and two toilets were also very pleasant. We would like to come back. Overall, the apartment was very clean. The dining table was also a good size. The chairs squeaked a lot on the tiled floor :-) The terrace was also very nice, the table a bit too small and a parasol would be recommended.

Quiet but still close to the motorway, shopping facilities, 10 minutes to the beach

We found ourselves very well. The only thing I recommend is to provide a bigger refrigerator in the kitchen

The approximately 40 holiday homes were in a very quiet location, yet only about 5 minutes from the motorway. The house was exactly as described, everything was very clean and tidy. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The small bar was perfect for drinks and small dishes, and the staff here were also very friendly. The pool could have been a bit bigger, ideal for smaller children, but perfect for larger ones as a quick dip. The WiFi was in the cottage.

Very nice residence very well maintained. The villas are very large and very clean, the staff is attentive and very efficient.

We were there for the 3rd time, the last time in 2017. Unfortunately, the Corona break was not used to renew the technology (our air conditioning, for which we paid €8 per day, didn't work on 4 out of 10 days). They were only cleaned up to where you could still get there by hand. On the outside, a coat of paint, especially the underside of the roof and wooden elements, would be urgently needed. However, we felt comfortable, but would not go there anymore. But still good value for money.

The complex consists of approx. 40 houses, which are laid out around a central pool including a pool bar with sufficient spacing and partly large gardens. The location slightly above Cecina means absolute tranquility and is still very conveniently located for all kinds of activities. Here and there renovations or minor optimizations such as sufficient cutlery etc. would be recommended, but all in all very recommendable for vacation and relaxation.

We absolutely cannot understand the many negative reviews. It was wonderful. All employees tried hard, friendly and with smiling faces. Very well-kept area, fantastically beautiful bungalows, great atmosphere. Yes, the pool is small, but it is clean and well maintained. You know beforehand that it is not a huge pool area. For us the perfect holiday. Gladly again!!!

Nice area, big houses with lots of greenery/ plants around; The plant is past its best and has a high investment requirement; Green areas well maintained but houses poorly cleaned! Pool very nice but certainly too small when fully occupied; dishwasher was broken; Staff tried hard and very friendly!

Well maintained complex with a nice pool. Quietly located on the outskirts of Cecina. Very good for families with children.

Wifi absent from the rental even though it is offered in the ad it's a real shame the TV is useless for the French all the channels are in a foreign language and lack of utensils for cooking and essential car

The house is spacious and comfortable, the bedding excellent, the bathrooms very pleasant and the terrace well equipped. Flat for the kitchen which seemed to us very fair in terms of equipment (tiny refrigerator, not enough crockery to make 2 meals for 4 without washing). The environment is very quiet, you absolutely need a car. The location is perfect for visiting Tuscany. Pleasant pool although a little small, and despite a coating that damages the swimsuits. Provide mosquito repellent. Overall very good address.
