This house is actually not habitable. Dirty, smells, mold, information in the advert is incorrect, e.g. access to the sea, bathing jetty was not installed. Access only possible via a daring climb over slippery stones, impossible in waves. No oven, access to the washing machine in the basement had to be cleaned by a specialist first. Broken windows, some so rotten that they can no longer be opened. We couldn't use any cupboards because of the smell

Very pleasant house by the sea with unlimited access to swim! Mandatory water shoes option but this access and this view gives you the impression of being alone in the world…..a visual paradise……

Unfortunately the accommodation was a big disappointment. The kitchen was very dirty, grease and leftover food stuck to the cutlery drawer. In the bedrooms there were closets that couldn't be used because the drawers broke when they were opened. From the doors downstairs in the living area, the handles are coming towards us. Then on the 2nd day the jetty was built on the water so that it was no longer possible to go into the water. Overall not recommended, only the garden was beautiful but neglected.

The villa is old with problems. The beach is not at all – large stones, through which not everyone will climb. When we arrived, there was water running in the basement and because of this we had no electricity all night. The water was repaired only a week later. The railway is very audible.The good thing is that there is absolutely no people, even the neighboring villas came only for the weekend. Despite all the inconvenience, the price–quality ratio is acceptable.
