A great holiday with animals

Negative: Dishes, furniture, floor dirty and musty, bed/mattresses catastrophic... All family members had back/muscle pain... Beach, dog playground and parking lot very neglected, WiFi very bad and hardly usable Positive: Employees/staff very friendly, Restaurant clean and food good

We had a great holidays. Nice place, good location clean. Amazing view on sea. We stay in bungalow that was a bit outdated and need some more maintenance. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is bit expensive, compering what you get for your money. You will find better options around.

Accommodation itself was basic but good. Kitchen could be better equipped: no microwave, no oven, few pots and dishes. Small coffee maker. Access to the water very rocky and difficult. More jetties and ladders into deeper water would be useful.

Very small property with limited inventory. Had a lot of noise pollution, had children at the park for 2 days and nights that caused a lot of nuisance. You are on the main road that is one-way traffic and therefore you have to make a detour for 20 minutes to get back on the road to livorno where the restaurants are, left the day before, were done with it, then they did not have the administration in order so I got the bill again. Info on site bad, hometogo not recommended

The property is right on the lake, unfortunately the shower wasn't too good, the door of the shower basin was touched up with paint

The location was good .but the cottage was very tired

We were not satisfied. We expected something more beautiful from the photos and above all the cleaning was not the best. The overpriced minimarket (tourist exploitation skyrocketed) The only thing we appreciated was the final breakfast (on the day of departure)

Beautiful structure, excellent service, kind all the staff. In the mini market you will find everything you need. To be close. We will be back

You have to bring your own comfort. As can also be seen from the pictures of the accommodation, the kitchen does not have an oven. The gas stove works very well. The 6-cup coffee machine also worked well (had to be replaced because the previous one needed more than 1 hour for a pot due to calcification). coffee filter size 4 can be cut off a bit at the edge (bring your own scissors). The beds (French couch, fitted sheet about 160x200) are tight and clean. Good, tried service!
