Poggio Velluto Castel del Piano, Tuscany

Wonderful country house, in the middle of Tuscany. Very spacious grounds, wonderful pool and very friendly hosts.

The house is beautifully situated on top of a hill and has a large swimming pool. The space inside is more than sufficient but is in need of a major renovation. The beds, bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and swimming pool are in need of replacement or a thorough renovation. It is very warm in the house and the underfloor heating seems to be on continuously when using hot water. Outside you are eaten by mosquitoes, even during the day. Is very remote and roads are very bad.

A wonderful house, in a wonderful place, and this swimming pool with such a view .... and these ubiquitous dolls have "disappeared" Well done to the owner!!! You can come back here every year!!!

Great location, gorgeous garden, very quiet. Great hikes in the area. Committed host, very keen to meet the needs of the guests. Checks in regularly, entertainment only in Italian. large, very spacious house, ideal for large groups. Well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful house exterior, beautiful garden, large swimming pool overlooking the countryside. He loses a lot due to kitschy rest, lots of old dusty dolls, plastic flowers, figurines, kitschy pictures, 2 armchairs that a normal person would have thrown away a few years earlier. If all this trash was thrown away, the house would benefit a lot. Then the grade was the highest.

The perfect facility for those who prefer nature and tranquility combined with tourist activities in Southern Tuscany.

An atmospheric, wonderful house with great potential, but requires a little tidying up. Numerous decorations - old, questionable and unnecessary disturb the atmosphere of a beautiful Tuscan house. Great host - very nice, helpful, communicative. Surroundings of the house guaranteeing complete privacy, and this swimming pool (admittedly requiring a large west of the host) ... the best !! and the views from it are priceless. Thank you XXX :)
