La Grotta

Very cute little farmhouse with a breathtaking view! The view is beautiful, lots of nature and you have peace and quiet. If you want to switch off, this is the place for you. It is not luxury accommodation, more like a mountain hut. Sanitary facilities were clean, a few cobwebs here and there. The path to the hut is steep and rocky, about 600m away. Not suitable for wheelchair users or strollers. You have to be really fit. Carrying the shopping up is exhausting. Road to the house is very narrow.

Beautiful secluded location with a fantastic view. Large fenced-in property, ideal for dogs. Well equipped. Access by car is a bit of an adventure. Carrying luggage and shopping = a bit strenuous. The house and property are not suitable if you have difficulty walking. If you are looking for a beautiful secluded location and are not lazy, you can have a great time here.

The cottage and the surroundings met expectations, there was plenty of room for 6 people. The host was very friendly and punctual! The driveway to the cabin's parking area was single-lane for the last approx. kilometer, so there was excitement when meeting oncoming traffic, but one of them always backed off. There were hardly any shortcomings in the equipment, some cooking equipment (pot holders and a bigger coffee maker) could have been added. It's a shame that the sauna in the cave lacked a heater, it would have been a great experience!

Different than expected

Obj. in a beautiful hillside location in an olive grove - fantastic view. The facility is well suited for vacations with dogs. Access to the accomodation bad for larger cars. Landlord very friendly. Pool nice, but entry is missing. The cleanliness of the object very superficial, dust and a lot of cobwebs. In the 1st floor/bedrooms/ very steep stairs, a bit wobbly. Railing. Kitchen: cabinet fronts greasy, hardly any work space, only 1 socket, rubbish from the previous tenants in the gaps between the cabinets.

Super quiet, atmospheric place, lots of space, friendly hosts in Italian and French

We had a very nice holiday on a beautiful property in a large house. The house is very old and certainly has a few quirks, but overall it was really great. We liked the pool right in front of the house best. It could be a little cleaner (some cobwebs and reservoirs). The hosts are very friendly. But they only speak Italian. So make sure you have your mobile phone with the translator app with you ;-)

It was a nice house in itself , but not maintained . kitchen utensils were enough but dirty and dirty. hood too dirty to touch . as far as dust wezmbad was neat and clean. the road to the house is very difficult to drive on. view was beautiful .
