The apartment is, as described, large and well equipped. Idyllic location. Unfortunately, we slept very badly because we had to hear practically everything from the apartment above. The mattresses were terribly saggy. Combined with the noise from chairs/furniture being moved from above, we eventually had such a lack of sleep that we left a day early.

Everything went very well, starting with handing over the keys. The accommodation is functionally furnished, everything is there, except normal coffee cups (only 1 piece). The cutlery and some cooking pots are already quite badly worn or broken and should be replaced. Otherwise the accommodation is very nice and in a great location. We will be back.

We were very satisfied. The friendly landlord and very clean apartment.

The house is quiet, easy to reach and there are no parking problems. The furnishings are of high quality, but everything in dark wood. The very large, fully covered terrace can be used in any weather. We didn't even need the living room in 2 weeks. The kitchen has a very good gas stove. The kitchen utensils could be improved. There is no shower curtain, which leads to "flooding" in the bathroom every day!

It is a quiet, comfortable and spacey appartement in the village of Marignana (Camaiore). The best thing about the place is the covered terrace: it provides shelter both from sun and rain, which means it is a great place to eat or just spend time reading or talking, overviewing the countryside and listening to the sounds of Tuscany.

The apartment is nice large and the must is the terrace, large and comfortable, the location is quiet but in my opinion a bit too far out of the way, the negative points were, the ants, thousands of ants !! the lack of cleaning, it has not been disinfected as foreseen by the anti covid procedure .... and finally but the most terrible part is counting that sofa as a double bed !!!! It is a poor sofa with a very thin mattress where it was impossible to sleep !!!! The tub with no curtain resulted in a flooded bathroom!
