Spacious and generally well appointed with large, private (though east-facing) rear terrace and shared swimming pool. The pool is the highlight: large enough not to feel crowded (but not too deep for young children), very clean, sunny at all times of day and with a good array of furniture and shade to relax around it. The apartment is disappointingly let down by a few maintenance/equipment issues. Perfect location to enjoy Tuscany and all it offers. Good restaurant within strolling distance.

Very warm welcome from Umberto who waited for us well beyond the time initially scheduled because of problems on the road... Impeccable garden and swimming pool, calm, close to the small village of Badia Agnano very nice (very good restaurant , 3 small bars...), spacious location with shaded terrace... It was great!!!

Anyone who likes to drink wine and would like to do so in stylish glasses should bring wine glasses with them. If you like to cook, the kitchen is functional. The landlord lives on the site during the season, but this is not a problem. The landlord took over the facility in 2018 and is trying to change various things. The pool is big enough and clean. The center of the complex is the great pool. When it gets dark, "mosquitoes" often come from home, so take an autan or something similar with you. At night it cools down very well here, so if you feel cold, it is best to take a blanket for the bed with you. We would go back anytime, we felt very comfortable. The two barbecue areas are accessible to everyone. Those who are bothered by barking dogs should avoid the place, the neighborhood dogs bark most of the day. The development is spacious, so that you don't have to have any contact with other guests (if you don't want to) except by the pool. What would be useful are a few missing umbrellas. When all the apartments are occupied, they are in short supply. But assume that this will also change in the 2019 season.

The property's furniture needs some repairs. Otherwise very nice area, apartment well divided. A small brochure or information from the landlord about the restaurant, supermarket, etc. was missing.
