Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Das Haus hat eine absolut tolle Lage mit einer hervorragenden Aussicht. Die Ausstattung und Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten lässt aber deutlich zu wünschen übrig (Gläser teilweise verschmutzt, Toilette so klein, dass man sich nicht hinsetzen konnte, wenn man über 1,70 groß ist, Matratzen nicht sauber, Mobiliar von sehr minderer Qualität und deutlich abgenutzt, der Garten war sehr lieblos und vernachlässigt gestaltet, die Liegen defekt).Der Kontakt zur Vermieter wahr sehr nett und herzlich.

Danke für die Kommentare, die uns bei Verbesserungen helfen. Die Matratzen wurden überprüft und gereinigt, auch die Liegen wurden repariert. Die Möbel sind einfach, aber funktionell. Wir bitten unsere Gäste bei Unklarheiten direkt auf unsere hilfsbereite lokale Kontaktperson zuzukommen, dass rasch auf die Punkte eingegangen und Abhilfe geschaffen werden kann. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert, sie entspricht absolut den Bildern. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber, die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, der Pool war auch schon im Mai ein Highlight für uns. Die Westterrasse garantierte uns etwas Privatsphäre, der Garten ist ein Paradies für jüngere Kinder. Für 5 Erwachsene wäre die Wohnung aber wohl zu klein. Zudem gibt es Esel, ein Pony und ein Pferd, dazu noch Lola, den riesigen Hund der Besitzerin. Wir hatten alles in allem einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Krásná lokalita na odlehlém místě, mimo bláznivý turismus, přesto v dosažitelné vzdálenosti od atraktivních památek a oblíbených cílů. Nádherný výhled z terasy. Negativní pouze rušivé zvuky z vyššího patra.

Sehr schöne UnterkunftGunther P.

Wir hatten die etwas separat gelegene Unterkunft mit Terrasse nach Westen und tollen Blick auf die Landschaft und den Sonnenuntergang. Dort waren wir mehr für uns und mussten unsere Kinder nicht so sehr in Zaum halten. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Nur die Türscharniere könnten etwas Öl vertragen. Der weitläufige und schön angelegte Garten mit Spielgeräten, die Esel, Pferde und Ponys und der Pool sind wie gemacht für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren mit E- MTB unterwegs. Dafür war die Lage perfekt. Mit dem Auto fährt man den letzten Kilometer über Schotter. Den Sonnenaufgang kann man perfekt von der Terrasse genießen.
