Unfortunately, as mentioned in the description, there was no dishwasher. However, if there was one, it would be used every day, which would otherwise make it tight with dishes and plates for a family of four. Plates, cups, pans and cutlery are available and have already been used extensively. The apartment is spread over several levels and is reached via a stone staircase. The surrounding area is really beautifully situated with a great view. Minus: train route, clay pigeon shooting range

The house is spacious, from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the river, we were there between June and July and the temperature in the house was quite cool. Unfortunately we had to find the lack of mosquito nets almost everywhere except the bedrooms, it is not explained well that the apartment is entirely on the first floor and that to reach it there is a long steep staircase, which makes eating outside practically impractical, there is no dishwasher, contrary to what was declared

Dated accommodation poorly equipped, not even a microwave! The cleanliness was not impeccable. No dishwasher as advertised in the description. The description mentions accommodation on 2 levels while we were only on the 1st floor. We did not have access to the French window on the ground floor as shown in the photos so not practical for meals outside. Mosquito nets "hung" on the shutters of the bedroom ineffective! Very poor value for money

The stairs are absolutely terrible, it should be mentioned that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility!! Google cannot find the property in question. There needs to be a more accurate map of the drive to the property from the so-called main road, because the numbering in the properties is not logical. The description mentioned a dishwasher and a hairdryer, which were not there. When we found our way there, everything was saved by the magnificent scenery and garden. Also, the shops in the description were not found in the area, at least not this early in the summer. The area itself was beautiful. The owner was not seen.

The house is beautifully situated on the Arno and offers a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the area around Arezzo is not so much geared towards tourists. If you have visited the old town of Arezzo it will be thin. It's not comfortable to chill out on the terrace because the so-called garden furniture didn't allow it. Cheapest Ülastik furniture without upholstery .... That no longer fits in with the times and also not with the house. Unfortunately we didn't have our bikes with us and we couldn't find a bike rental either. No WLAN!!

The dishwasher was defective, there was also no indication that it would be repaired. The kitchen utensils were extremely sparse. All colorfully thrown together. The 2nd kitchen on the ground floor has probably not been noticed in the last few months, we put that down to the cobwebs... Since we always eat outside, it would have been very uncomfortable to cook on the 1st floor. The bedding was fine, the towels extremely threadbare. The shower door is rusty. There are 2 railway lines running through the valley.
