From its setting within a historical Sicilian courtyard to its marble bathroom, antique mirrors and designer furnishings, there's lots to admire about the home, ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a coastal getaway. While there is space for other guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living area, it's kept separate from the bedroom and balcony by a large wardrobe, which may prevent any private conversations. As well as the neighbourhood of Ortigia on your doorstep, you'll be walking distance from Syracuse and its ancient sights, including the grand Greek theatre.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. This space is separated from the bedroom by a wardrobe, so privacy is still somewhat limited.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
