This newly built villa offers a peaceful escape just a short stroll from the sandy shores of Santa Maria del Focallo. With simple, modern interiors and plenty of space both inside and out, it’s ideal for a laid-back family holiday. You’ll find all the essentials for cooking at home – plus a shaded outdoor kitchen and barbecue that’s perfect for warm Sicilian evenings. The pool is a real highlight, though it isn’t fenced, so little ones will need to be supervised. And while the location feels wonderfully private, you’re still within easy driving distance of local towns like Pozzallo and Ispica.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*While the villa is within walking distance of the beach, the nearest shops and restaurants are a short drive away, so a car is recommended for convenience and exploring the area.
*The fourth bedroom is only accessible via an external staircase, which may not be ideal for families with young children or guests with mobility concerns.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 31st October.
*There's free private, open-air parking available.
