Just a five-minute stroll from the beach, this home is a refreshing coastal sanctuary with a lot to offer. It’s an easy walk into the centre of San Vito Lo Capo where you’ll find restaurants and shops, while the close proximity to the Zingaro Nature Reserve makes this a great spot for nature lovers. Plus, you’ll find everything you could need at home to slow down and relax. There’s a private pool for blissful swims, incredible views and a terrace with a barbecue for alfresco dining. Kids will love the football pitch and table football. It’s worth noting one of the bedrooms has independent access, but this is a great option for those seeking a little extra privacy.

*Please note one of the rooms is located in an independent suite with private access from the terrace. This room features a small kitchenette.
*It is possible for the room with two single beds to be arranged as a double on request. Please note this room is small.
*A weekly clean and linen change is offered for stays of 14 days or more.
*The swimming pool is open from Easter to the end of October. Pool and garden maintenance are provided once per week.
*If you're travelling with little ones, there is a travel cot and high chair available here.
*Two single beds will be placed in the two most spacious bedrooms for stays of 16 people.
