*The interior is split across three levels connected by a staircase. 
*Bathrooms and bedrooms are cleaned every other day.
*Midweek change of bath and pool towels is included for each stay.
*A young couple who discreetly take care of the maintenance of the house, the garden and the pool live on-site in a private, reserved area.
*The swimming pool and wellness area (including a hot tub, experience shower, and relaxation area) can be used freely. For the sauna and Turkish bath, it is necessary to notify the on-site staff three hours in advance.
*The private saltwater swimming pool is open year-round and measures 19 by 3.6m. It is 0.2-1.4m deep. The jacuzzi, also open year-round, seats eight people and is heated to twenty-eight degrees Celsius.
