We were warmly welcomed by the owner A. After a tour of the villa and moving into our rooms, we felt at home. The pre-ordered dinner was excellently cooked by G. and N. The additional requests for drinks were procured in a very short time. The kitchen is equipped with all equipment. All entertainment options are available and usable. The whole area is clean, M. does a great job. Conclusion: recommended.

Villa located in a beautiful, well-kept park with lots of change, large pool, 10 minutes' walk to the sea, sandy beach, shops 15 minutes by car, friendly owners, very helpful

Went to Modica with a group of friends of 14: a lovely house!! Beautiful garden with swimming pool and breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided by the XXX, the landlord.

We spent our holidays with our family. 6 adults, 6 children. Huge, spacious house with everything you need. The garden makes a huge impression. Large pool. A great base for exploring the south-eastern part of Sicily (I recommend a visit to the town of Ragusa Ibla). Perfect contact with the owner.

In our case, we were so many that we disposed of virtually all bedrooms and were alone in the kitchen. The description on site showed that letting could take place simultaneously to several groups without mutual connection. It should be clearer. Otherwise, everything to everyone's delight!

Very nice and spacious house. Magnificent garden. An additional bedroom would have been useful to us (8 for 14 people instead of the 9 announced!). Also missing the trampoline and the ping pong table outside yet announced in the description. Apart from these little things, we highly recommend this rental where everyone was relaxed and had a good week.
