Holiday Rental Description

Just 3 kilometres from the beach, this modern villa is perfect for a Sicilian getaway. We love this location. Not only is Marina di Ragusa a short drive away, but the other picturesque towns in the Val di Noto are also within easy reach, including Ragusa and Modica. Another thing we love? The roof terrace, where you can soak in the hot tub and admire the sunsets. There's also a private pool that's ideal for afternoon dips. In terms of design, the interior is a bit simple, and the kitchen is pretty small. But overall, it's comfortable, contemporary, and continentally positioned for exploring.

*Despite its compact size, the kitchen is well-appointed. Still, we think it's best for lighter bites.
*Although this home is all on one level, you'll need to climb a flight of external stairs to reach the roof terrace and hot tub.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*The swimming pool is available to use between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October.
*We highly suggest hiring a car in this location. Parking is available for up to two cars.
*This villa is part of a small complex. While the outdoor spaces are private, it's quite close to the neighbouring homes.
