Surrounded by the the mountains of the Madonie Regional Park, this hillside villa gazes out across the Bay of Palermo. Inside it's bright and contemporary, unfolding across three floors. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows framing picture-perfect views and opens onto a terrace, while the upstairs bedrooms come with their own – just the spot for a sunset cocktail or two. Outside, you'll find a pool, built-in barbecue and a little sundeck for morning yoga sessions. There are hiking trails winding through the surrounding scenery, medieval villages to explore and the pretty town and sandy beaches of Cefalù just twenty minutes away by car.

*Both of the twin bedrooms can be reconfigured to make double beds upon request.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 31st October. It is accessed via 13 steps from the ground floor of the villa.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's on-site parking for up to three vehicles.
