Perched on the cliffside, this villa’s lawn rolls all the way down to the sea. Follow the coastline path along to a rocky beach and beach club, where you’ll find a restaurant, pizzeria, and spots for snorkelling and diving. As for the villa itself, the bedrooms are divided between two separate buildings – ideal if you're travelling with friends or extended family. There's a large veranda for alfresco feasts and a pool tucked amid lush Mediterranean gardens. Fancy a day trip? The baroque town of Noto is just 19 kilometres away.

*Bedrooms are split between two separate buildings, with three rooms in each.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom in each building.
