With its beautiful sea views, this villa is special. Admire the vistas from a myriad of terraces or from the lawned garden that rolls down to the seafront. This home is split between two self-contained apartments, so it’s ideal for families or friends. The upper apartment has a fantastic outlook from the living room (which also sleeps two guests on a sofa bed at full occupancy). The basement home, on the other hand, has a great kitchen, but there’s no living space – all of the bedrooms have a seating area, though. Another major highlight of this place is the location, of course. Situated on Favignana, part of the Egadi Islands, you’ll discover stunning beaches.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area of the upper apartment.
*The home is split between two apartments. A two-bedroom apartment on the upper floor and an eight-bedroom apartment on the basement level.
*Both bathrooms in the two-bedroom home are en-suite – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
*While not all the bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*There are some steps around the grounds, so this place may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
*Your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking on the premises.
*The island of Favignana, part of the Egadi Islands, is around a half-hour hydrofoil ride from the Sicilian city of Trapani.
