It features direct beach access, is located in a private nature reserve, and has its own pool – not to mention the many areas for wining and dining alfresco. Inside is traditional and charming, but it won't be the reason you book this home, as the outdoor living spaces are the undisputed highlight. See the temples of Marinella di Selinunte, only thirty minutes away on foot, or hop in the car to discover the Menfi region or the nearby ruins of Selinunte. Well, that's if you can peel yourself away from this beachfront oasis.

Home truths:
*The swimming pool is only available for use between Easter and the end of October.
*While the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The third bedroom can be arranged as a double or twin beds, on request.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the mezzanine level.
*Stays over one week include midweek cleaning and fresh linens and towels. Stays over two weeks include weekly cleaning and linen and towel changes. Garden and pool maintenance are included for all bookings.
*This home is located in a nature reserve. Expect to see with wildlife during your stay – although animals are securely fenced in at a distance from the home.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to five cars on the driveway.
