Holiday Rental Description

This villa is a tranquil haven, a short walk from quaint Scopello. There is a small supermarket and a great restaurant nearby, with even more options in the village – but when you see what this home has to offer, you’ll probably stay in more than planned. It’s the pristine pool, open gardens and shady terraces that made us fall in love with this place. If you’re staying between November and the end of March, the swimming pool is closed, though the hot tub is open all-year for a dip with mountain views. The interiors feel fresh and modern – and while it’s a bit tight with a sixth guest on the sofa bed, it’s still a serene escape.

*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a high chair for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between April and October. It isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*For those with reduced mobility, this is a single-level home with a ground floor bedroom and bathroom.
*The main bedroom has a glass wall looking into the shower in the en-suite. It's a contemporary choice and allows natural light into the space but lacks total privacy.
