Holiday Rental Description

Smack bang in the heart of Avola, this apartment is moments from restaurants, bars and cafes, not to mention it’s around 1.5 kilometres from the beach. If you’ll be hiring a car, the historic city of Noto is a short drive away. Inside the home, two guests will sleep in the mezzanine-level bedroom. It can get quite warm up there during the summer months, but your host provides a fan upon request. And just so you know, the main bedroom’s en-suite is integrated into the room, which may not suit our more private guests.


Home truths:
*At capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and two guests will sleep in the open mezzanine-level bedroom.
*The floating stairs may be unsuitable for small children.
*If you need to pick up provisions during your stay, there’s a supermarket a seven-minute walk away.
