We love how the main bedroom soaks up the scenery through a glass wall, inviting you onto the private terrace with sea views. Though the second built-in bed may be hard to access for some, it's a cosy nook for kids. Strong wi-fi isn't guaranteed, but the communal garden and seasonal pool offer tech-free highlights. And exciting excursions are at hand, including trips to nearby Acireale and Catania.

While the home can sleep up to five people, the maximum occupancy is four guests. The second bedroom has a built-in double bed, accessible by a narrow set of steps. It might not be suitable for some guests.
