The location in the first row is a dream. Furniture needs to be replaced urgently. Bathroom and toilet are outdated (shower curtain). Ventilation in the apartment is too low because there are too few windows.

The house was accessible from 4pm but to get bed linen + pillows + towels (paid for) we had to call 10am. and wait for 7.30pm. terrible! The location of the house is optimal , quiet and at the same time close to many services . Furniture and appliances a bit dated but functional

As accommodation with very little claim, it is sufficient. Cupboards not usable, as musty smell, various sockets defective. Kitchen stove one flame defective. Front yard lacks some love. Since the lower area is limited sea view. You should read the description very well, gravel and rock - beach sloping steeply. To get to the beach in front of the accommodation you have to go down a rather steep path. Otherwise quiet location, supermarket 5 minutes walk.
