Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 3 bunk beds, fan. 1 room with 2 beds and fan. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Balcony, large terrace roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Partial view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. TV only IT. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Private: outdoor shower. 20 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, sandy beach "Conca Verde" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 12 km, Porto Pollo 16 km, Palau 17 km. Please note: car recommended.
