In an elevated position above San Teodoro, this traditional Italian villa is less than a kilometre from the sea, with the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu both easily within reach. You'll have plenty of outside living areas where you can enjoy alfresco meals and bask in the sunshine, plus a play area for the kids. As long as you can manage a few stairs (the home is spread over two floors), it's a great fit for families and groups of friends, having two separate kitchens and living rooms.
