Holiday Rental Description

If you’re after a Novara base that mixes charm with convenience, this little apartment could be perfect. It's right next to Bogogno Golf Club and less than half an hour from Lake Maggiore or Malpensa Airport. It’s part of a restored Italian farmhouse, so you get rustic touches like stone, terracotta and big windows that let in plenty of light. Upstairs there’s a bedroom and bathroom, while the sofabed downstairs works for groups of four if you’re staying for just a couple of nights. You can stroll to local restaurants, and if you want to keep things simple, you can even add breakfast or go all in with butler service.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. The main bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited. The bathroom is also accessed via the mezzanine, so all guests will access the space.
*Weekly cleaning with a change of linen and towels is included.
*You'll have access to the outdoor areas, reception office, and laundry here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
