Holiday Rental Description

This little studio is in a great spot in Cressa. It's next to Bogogno Golf Club and only about half an hour from Lake Maggiore or the airport. You can walk to a few restaurants and bars, or head into Novara for a bit more buzz. Inside, the bedroom’s up on a mezzanine and there's a sofa bed downstairs, so it’s not the most private setup. It works well for a family or close friends, though. It's part of a renovated farmhouse, so you get loads of character, plus your own patio section and leafy gardens to share. You can even add breakfast, or go all out with a butler service.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
*Weekly cleaning with a change of linen and towels is included.
*You'll have access to the outdoor areas, reception office, and laundry here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
