This is my second time here – as an artist, to paint. The cottage isn't luxurious, but very down-to-earth. Everything you need is there. The place itself is priceless – with its greenery, its tranquility, and, above all, the view of Lake Maggiore. The friendliness of the owners is also amazing – even though I don't speak Italian and they don't speak German, we got along really well. I'll definitely come back and thank you for everything.

A very nice little house, beautifully situated in the countryside, and, in our opinion, simple but very well-equipped. The access, whose condition has been criticized by some, isn't a problem either. You just need to be able to drive. However, anyone who doesn't like a few square meters of concrete floor (in front of the tiled terrace) would be better off staying in a hotel.

I've rented the cottage for a personal retreat for the second time and, once again (even despite the mostly gray and wet weather), I'm thrilled by the tranquility and natural beauty all around. Everything you need is there. Thank you for the friendly and helpful welcome from the owners!

We really liked it there. Quiet location in nature. The house has everything you need and it's very clean. Friendly, hassle-free reception. Lovely place for a retreat with hikes.

After a wonderful drive through the mountains, we arrived at our little house. C., the owner, welcomed us very friendly in Italian. We found a simple but spotlessly clean house (not even a mosquito stuck to the wall). The kitchen was superbly equipped and the fridge even had a small freezer compartment. The grounds are fantastic in the middle of nature. We found it even more beautiful than in the photos. It gets 12 out of 10 points. Best wishes to S. + C.

Fantastic location in the forest, wonderful view of the lake, for everyone who loves nature and peace. Shops in the village about 1.5 km below the house, so you don't have to drive all the way to the lake. Warning to "frostbitten people": If the weather isn't quite summery, it can get quite cold in the house. Language skills would be an advantage, the very nice landlord only speaks Italian.

The apartment was fine except for the fireplace mentioned in the description. This is defective, at least the user is informed that the oven must not be used. The customer should be informed of this before booking, as we would never have booked the apartment without a fireplace. The prohibition sign was also in German, so we stuck to it. The landlord gave us explanations in Italian, which we unfortunately did not understand
