The description states that the cottage can be reached via a staircase, but this turns out to be a staircase that goes steeply uphill with no railing in some places. Even for a trained person almost impossible with suitcases or groceries, let alone someone who is not very mobile. We had booked 10 days and left on day 4 in the morning. If we could have understood better from the description that it was so difficult to reach, we would never have booked. The landlords were fine
