Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "baveno" 1.1 km, railway station "Baveno" 1 km, grass beach 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km, mountain railway 4 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fedore 1.5 km, Villa Henfrey Branca 14 km, Isole Borromee, SS. Gervaso e Protaso, Museo Granum. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mergozzo. Hiking paths: Mottarone. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Location située dans un quartier calme. Et bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. Maison plutôt spacieuse sur 3 étages mais pas très propre, literie de mauvaise qualité. Inadaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite

Tolle, ruhige Lage der Wohnung mit kostenlosem Parkplatz in der Nähe. Fußweg ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Und die Vermieterin M. war super nett.

Wir haben den Strand und das baden sehr genossen. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ruhig und man fühlt sich dort einheimisch. Der Blick aus dem Fenster - ich habe ihn geliebt!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Preis Leistung war Top. Gerne wieder. Pro: Große geräumige Wohnung. Italienisches Flair ums Haus herum, mit alten und toll gepflegten Häusern in der Nachbarschaft. Schöner vorplatz mit Blick auf Villa und Garten. Ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliche Übergabe. Contra: Leider kein Garten zum hinaussitzen vorhanden, als Trost gibt es einen sonnigen Balkon mit Blick in die Gasse.
