Casa di Pali' is a modern villa set on a hill, immersed in the green and tranquillity of the Marche countryside, less than 20 kilometres from Urbino and Pesaro. A former farmhouse from the 1920s, it was completely reconstructed in 2014 with particular attention to the recovery of some of the materials. Beautiful river stones embellish the walls of the house while exposed wooden beams adorn the ceilings. The ground floor features a large open-plan living area, with a centrally located fireplace that creates a warm and inviting ambiance. Large sliding glass doors offer seamless access to the pool area and a veranda furnished with sofas and tables, providing a serene panoramic setting for relaxation. The outdoor kitchen, nestled under a charming wooden pergola, is equipped with a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining experiences.
