Cala Luna Apartment 3 San Benedetto del Tronto, Marche

The apartment itself was nice and clean. The kitchen equipment was a bit poor but you could still cook something with it. All in all a nice stay. Seafront location. Everything was great... Except for the mattresses. Unfortunately they were really terrible.

We appreciated that it was an attic, but without a lift it was a bit burdensome. The view of the sea gratified us, however. I would also like to point out that the cinnamon in the sink in the kitchen only gave a trickle of water, The shower in the bathroom leaked water. We were not told where to place the waste. Very poor initial cleaning. . I had to wash all the floor after buying the mop. Poor stair cleaning. Quite noisy house. I smell like sewer.

The only positive note is the view, the rest, the apartment was dirty, curtains full of dust, on the sofa cushions let's not talk about it ... in the house there was a hallucinating smell of sewer, so much so that they changed our apartment (luckily), but also the second apartment was filthy as hell (even more than the first), in addition the washing machine did not work and we had to leave the keys to the other apartment to be able to do the laundry, air conditioning filters with 2 cm of dust on top. ..never again!!!!!!

Splendid location directly on the beach and on the cycle path. Free street parking (except July and August) and many restaurants and bars close to the house. Simple but functional furniture.
