Perched among the rolling hills of Le Marche, this villa is built around life outdoors – the pool seems to dissolve into the green countryside beyond, and the covered pergola terrace invites long, unhurried dinners with views to match. Six bedrooms spread across three floors give groups plenty of room to breathe, while the on-site wellness suite – complete with a mosaic-tiled Turkish bath and jacuzzi – adds a layer of indulgence for when the pool isn't enough. Fano's beaches are a thirty-five-minute drive away if you fancy a change of scenery.

Home truths:
* Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. There's free parking for up to seven cars on the driveway.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request these in advance.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* The swimming pool is only available for use between 3rd May and 4th October.
* The first floor is arranged as two self-contained apartments, each with its own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
