A short drive from the medieval village of Arcevia, this historic country house offers a peaceful retreat in the gentle hills of Le Marche. Set across six self-contained apartments, it’s well suited to larger groups or families travelling together, with plenty of privacy when needed. The interiors lean rustic – think exposed beams, stone walls and sturdy wooden furniture, offering plenty of Italian charm. Outside, there’s a pool, two hot tubs and various garden spots for al fresco dining or sunset aperitifs. You’re also within easy reach of walking trails, castles and local wineries – making it a sublime setting for exploring.

*The villa is divided into six self-contained apartments, so while you’ll have the whole property to yourself, it doesn’t follow a classic layout. It’s perfect for multiple families or large groups, giving all the privacy you need.
*Some of the apartments are studio-style, with beds and living areas in the same room.
*The property is spread across various levels with outdoor stairs – not ideal for those with limited mobility.
*Air conditioning is available in all apartments, but not in the bathrooms or shared common areas.
*You’ll need a car to explore the surrounding countryside or reach the nearest shops and restaurants.
*There’s free private parking for up to ten cars on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a high chair. You'll need to request one in advance.
*The swimming pool and hot tubs are only available for use between May and October.
