The landlady only speaks Italian. There was mold in one of the rooms, so we thought it was unusable. Some of the inventory (furniture, household appliances) was broken. When we arrived, there was still water in the bathtub from cleaning. Conclusion: The price for this accommodation is far too high.

Nice house, suitable for 4 people. Everything is fine. The cleaning could be a little better. Beds are fine. Kitchen equipment very good. Shower is less good, sometimes the water is not hot enough and the shower room is very small. No info about doctor first aid sea etc. No fire extinguishers or smoke detectors.

There were four of us with a dog. Everything great and calm. Especially great are the deer up to the property in the twilight until the early morning. Dog was happy with the playmates in the completely fenced garden. Parking the e-bikes in the garden is also super safe. Everything really clean. Despite being 1.95 m tall, bathroom doors were not a problem. Language barriers easily solved by the landlady using a mobile phone translator app.
