The holiday home is located in a larger complex very centrally located in town. All necessary amenities and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The house includes an underground parking space. The rooms are well-divided. The kitchen, which has been criticized as being too small in some quarters, is, in our opinion, large enough for a vacation. Only an oven would be desirable. Rolls or bread can also be easily warmed up in the microwave with a grill function in the morning. Plenty of greenery in the garden.

The pros are beautiful nature, peace and a decent standard of accommodation. The cons are the lack of WiFi connection, which is already standard elsewhere, and the washing machine has not been working for over a year, although I pointed this out in 2024. I have been coming here twice a year for several years.

Independent solution with truly large outdoor spaces and well furnished. Huge and well-organized bedrooms. Modern and well-furnished bathroom upstairs.... in short, magnificent house....

The season doesn't start until June 1st, no access to the pool before then. I couldn't find anything about that in the description. It was stated that the heating in the house wasn't on, but it wasn't stated that the fireplace couldn't be used. We were unlucky with the weather, so it was much too cold/clammy in the house and there was no way to heat it. The heating should be able to be switched on individually here. Electricity is often off... When the weather is warm, it's definitely nice with the park and pool.

We had a good time with our best friends. The organization, stay, and facilities in the house were all sufficient for a week's vacation. The house has a very nicely renovated bathroom. Bakery, supermarket and many restaurants are within walking distance. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, though. It should have been a bit cleaner in my opinion. There were no fresh sponges or towels when we arrived. There were still cobwebs.

Accommodation as described, beautiful resort, near the lake with pool. Unfortunately it was not possible to use the heating in the accommodation. The fireplace in the living room and on the terrace could not be used either. There were no duvets for colder nights. Coffee machine very small, for 4 adults, toaster unfortunately not available.
