Impeccable apartment, as advertised. Bedding in good condition, kitchen and household equipment very good. But, there is a big but, the apartment is below the main road of the village and close to the recycling bins: noise from 6:45 am until more than 10 pm (trucks, cars, motorcycles), weekends Understood. Exhaust gas at the height of our nose, terrace visible from the street (distance: 3m). No peace, difficult to eat outside. Price too high for the frame.

Great place to stay near Lago di Lugano. Cottage is located 3 km above Porlezza. So go up the mountain. View of lake (distant) from terrace is limited. From the living room you look at a small wood company. You barely care.
