C superior Apartment 4 Pognana Lario, Lombardy

The location of this complex is fantastic, as is the view. Unfortunately, not much maintenance was done after the construction. No air conditioning, very small kitchen with 2 burners, too small fridge, cupboard containing a huge garbage bag (and no information what to do with waste) Swimming pool and location below are very nice. There is so much more to get out of it, such as renting paddle boards/boats, enlarging the swimming pool, shopping service, and a lift from the top all the way down. Bedding/towels were clean

I am aware that I have booked accommodation without cancellation, but the pictures on the website do not correspond to reality. The accommodation was dusty, there were cobwebs in the bathroom, the heating didn't work and it was very cold. In addition, an air freshener with an extremely strong scent was plugged into the socket to cover up the stench. apt. 25. Also, the pool was not sunken and the restaurant was closed. The pool was not sunken.

The apartment is unfortunately very old. The bathroom, despite the new sink, was a disaster. The tiles were old and not clean in the shower. The window in the bathroom; old, dirty and rusty. And then the stench! It smelled like manure. After we put toilet freshener and kept the window closed it was tolerable. The terrace was not well maintained and there were cobwebs on the railing. The weeds emerged from between the concrete slabs.
