To say the views of Lake Como seen from this apartment are remarkable is an understatement. It’s a panorama best admired from the private wraparound balcony or the complex's shared poolside. Inside, the open-plan living and kitchen isn’t the most palatial, and that canary yellow bedroom might be too perky for some. That said, it’s all beautifully cared for and perfect for a small family sharing. Nestled in the quaint village of Perledo, you’ve got all of Lake Como’s best bits within easy reach, starting with Varenna, just a short drive away. Or hop on the nearby ferry to other hotspots including Lecco, Bergamo, and Milan.

Home truths:
*The second bedroom with bunk beds is quite small and has limited storage space. We think it’s better suited for two children sharing.
*The shared swimming pool (not heated) is open from June to September.
*While you’ll share the wider terraces and sun loungers with other guests in the complex, there’s a private balcony too.
*Though preparation space in the kitchen area is tight, there’s everything you need to rustle up lighter bites and breakfasts.
*While local amenities and a train station are within a fifteen-minute walk, the location is hilly, so it may be tricky for younger children. We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay, and there is garage parking onsite.
