Air conditioning keeps things comfortable when summer heat builds, and the lift makes the seventh floor effortless. Down at street level, Fondazione Prada is a thirteen-minute walk, and the Navigli canal district's bars and restaurants are within easy reach for evenings out.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Bedroom two has twin beds which can be pushed together to form a double on request. Just let your host know your preference ahead of your stay.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, baby bath, and changing table. You'll need to request these in advance.
* There is only one bathroom here, so six guests sharing a single bathroom is worth factoring in if you're booking as a full group.
* The Brenta metro station is about a ten-minute walk away, putting you five stops from the Duomo. There's also a taxi stand right outside the building if you'd rather skip the walk.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request, for no additional charge.
